Therapeutic Meditation
Therapeutic meditation is a particular kind of meditation specifically designed to bring calmness and balance to the patient through awareness, compassion and sharing.With “balance”, I mean both the psychological balance, free from fears and anxieties, and the physical balance, with a better health. In therapeutic meditation we also want to achieve the balance of the chakras, namely the psycho-physical energy centers of the human body.
